Shipping and Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or you simply do not like what you’ve purchased.  If you receive a defective item, please contact us at  with details of the product and the defect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once returned product is received , we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Passionne D’amour was created in 2020 and officially launched July 08th 2020; Shortly after the founder Ora Wint left to fulfil military obligations. Upon return Ora needed a mental break to reset. Now after a two-year Hiatus we are elated to return and give you great quality pieces. Merchandise that will make you feel good, look good and allow your inner beauty to shine externally.

The name Passionne D’amour is French. In English it means passionate love. We knew we wanted the business to be filled with love and passion therefore we came up with the name passionate love but in French. We love that it sounded more exquisite which is how we view every customer.

Love and Passionne is the driving force of this business. Every piece of clothing and inventory is made with love, every order is received with love, and every shipment that is sent out, is sent with love.
